What are next steps?

Apply online, get paired with a coach, receive welcome information and submit payment. Complete an in-depth questionnaire and initial days of tracking to help your coach create a plan that is tailored specifically to your needs.

Collaborate


Once you submit the questionnaire, receive your personalized macro plan, initial assessment, important resources, link to download our app & video tutorials. Next, 1:1 clients will schedule an initial phone call with their coach to meet each other, review their plan, & answer any additional questions

Start working towards the specific goal(s) that you and your coach initially outlined. Complete the daily habits and record any additional information inside the app. Stay in touch with your coach if you have any questions!

check-in


Submit your weekly (or bi-weekly) check in through the client portal. Your client portal will sync with your preferred tracking app for a streamlined process. Complete the check in questions with as many details as you feel necessary to help your coach guide and support you in the process.

What makes us such great coaches is the fact that we’ve been in your shoes. We have tried countless fad diets (hello, Whole 30 & Keto), we’ve run ourselves into the ground with exercise with minimal progress, and we’ve been SO confused about “what we should be eating” that we just felt utterly defeated and had no clue where to start.

While our backgrounds and experiences may be different than yours, our purpose is to help you find a simple & sustainable approach to nutrition that works for you and with your lifestyle. We will not be giving you lists of “approved foods”, creating a rigid meal template to follow, or shaming you for eating your favorite food. Our mission is to provide the education and support you need to help you reach your goals and empower you to create positive lifestyle changes that will stay with you long after our coaching.
